Ulo partners with local authorities to deliver affordable housing without upfront capital investment. Through innovative long-term funding partnerships with institutional investors, we enable councils to expand housing supply while maintaining full control over tenant nominations and property management.

Our model addresses the temporary accommodation crisis by providing councils with immediate access to quality homes that transfer to full council ownership after the partnership term. Properties are protected from Right to Buy and generate rental income that councils can reinvest in community services.

Founded by experienced housing, finance and legal professionals, Ulo works with councils across the UK to create sustainable housing solutions that serve communities for decades.

We are building partnerships that work for everyone: councils reducing temporary accommodation costs, communities gaining permanent housing, and residents finding stable homes.
