John Williams

John Williams is the current Chief Finance Officer at ULS technology. Prior to their current position, John was the Finance Director at Stortext from April 2005 to June 2010. John was responsible for the successful trade sale of Stortext, a Private Equity backed document management software and services company with a turnover of £6mn.

Before Stortext, John was the Finance Director at FM Image Management from September 2001 to April 2005. John helped grow the business from £2 million turnover and raised private equity funds and secured an invoice discounting facility. John took the lead in the merger process with Stortext Group Limited, negotiating legals and controlling the due diligence.

John Williams has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accountancy from the University of Reading, as well as a degree from Neath Tertiary College.

Their manager is Steve Goodall, Chief Executive Officer. They work with and Andrew Weston - Co-founder and IT Director.
