Mirna Matni

Mirna Matni serves as the Director of Health Policy & Payer Insights at CCHO since December 2021, while also fulfilling roles as a university lecturer at multiple institutions including Université La Sagesse, ESA Business School, and Lebanese University, focusing on health economics and market access. Mirna has held significant leadership positions within ISPOR, including Past President of the Lebanon Chapter, and has contributed as a WHO Expert on innovation incentives. With extensive experience in the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists and the National Social Security Fund, Mirna has been instrumental in health technology assessment and drug policy decisions. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a diploma in toxicology, alongside a background in music from Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory.
