Roger Obeid

Roger Obeid is an accomplished academic and hospitality consultant with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at Institut Paul Bocuse since September 2022, Roger also holds the position of Founder and General Manager at ORHC, where expertise in technical design, BOQ, tender processes, and site progress management is applied. As a Board Member of Foodservice Consultants Society International and a lecturer at Université La Sagesse and Saint Joseph University of Beirut since 2006 and 2000 respectively, Roger leverages a rich academic background, including a Doctor of Philosophy focused on the inclusion of disability in the hospitality workforce from Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry. Educational qualifications also include multiple MBA degrees and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in marketing from prestigious institutions such as ESCP Business School, McGill University, and Glion Institute of Higher Education.
