Dawn Spader

Dawn Spader, MBA, SHRM-CP, IICDP, is currently the Director of Personnel at Ulster County, where they lead efforts in human resources management. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Human Resources, Dawn is a certified diversity practitioner and a member of SHRM. Previously, Dawn served as an Employment Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at the Anderson Center for Autism, as well as holding various managerial roles at The Home Depot. Dawn's professional background also includes military service as an Equipment and Aircraft Elevator Operator Petty Officer in the US Navy from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their career, Dawn fosters puppies and identifies as an enthusiastic change agent and gamer.
