Adrian Lau has extensive experience in labor organization and representation, currently serving as an Area Representative for United Teachers Los Angeles since September 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Union Organizer for SEIU Local 721 from March 2008 to August 2016 and as an Organizer for UNITE HERE from November 2006 to December 2007. Adrian Lau's educational background includes studies at UC Irvine.
