Fathi Barghash has been working in the field of digital advertising and graphic design since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Web/Graphic Designer for SOFT4GALAXY, where they gained experience in CSS, HTML, and Javascript. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Graphic Designer for Nouq Productions, where they designed Jannat News logos and web designs for Jannat News, songs, videos, Facebook, and official radio. In 2010, they became a Senior UI Designer for WebMidEast, where they had experience in optimizing web system's web design, as well as C#, PHP, Javascript, and JQuery. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Senior Motion Graphic Designer for Icon Production, where they had experience in VFX/Motion Graphic media animation and working with advertisement street LED screens. Fathi then moved to Fudex EBS as a Senior Graphic/Web Designer, where they had experience in brand identity projects, HTML5 CSS3 responsive web designs, and project management. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Art Director and Art Director for A2Z Media - MENA, where they had experience in leading the A2Z Media Creative Team, creating and managing big brands campaigns, and creating campaign toolkits. In 2021, they became a Creative Art Director for UXBERT Labs, where they had experience in UX design, Design thinking, creating digital campaigns for Hala Yalla website and app, and creating digital campaigns for Kafu Games website and app. Currently, they are a Creative Art Director for ULTATEL, where they have experience in B2B digital advertising, design thinking, and creating digital campaigns for the ULTATEL Cloud Phone System.

Fathi Barghash's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Tanta University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. In 2009, they studied Geographic Information Technology and Hydrographic surveying at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Autodesk, including Autodesk Motion Builder Intermediate, Autodesk Mudbox, Maya 2011 Advanced, Maya 2010 Intermediate, Maya 2010 Essentials, and Autodesk 3ds Max, between 2010 and 2011.
