Aaron Buffington

Aaron Buffington has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Senior Technology Innovation Project Manager at Ulteig. Prior to joining Ulteig, Aaron worked at Microsoft for over 20 years, holding various roles including Senior Business Program Manager, Senior Support Planner, Senior Supportability Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Network Engineer. During their time at Microsoft, they were responsible for developing customer experience strategies, driving impactful user experience changes, and leading automation and improvement projects. In addition to their corporate experience, Aaron was also a Founding Member of Professionally Paired, an organization focused on professional networking, and participated in the Leadership Fargo Moorhead West Fargo program, which aims to develop community leaders through education and civic engagement.

Aaron Buffington attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Aaron has also obtained additional certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Leading without Formal Authority" certification from LinkedIn, and in December 2021, they became a "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner" through Prosci.
