Akos Arany

Akos Arany's work experience includes a variety of roles in the engineering and renewable energy fields. Akos began their career at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they worked as an Associate Engineer and later as an Advanced Engineer. Akos then moved on to Siemens as a Site Engineer before joining Calpine as a Senior Project Engineer and later as a Senior Performance Engineer. At Calpine, they focused on optimizing thermal performance and managing project development. After that, they worked at Progress Energy as a Lead Technical Project Management Specialist, where they played a key role in two major combined cycle construction projects. Akos then joined CH2M HILL as a Project Engineer, where they managed engineering disciplines for a 700MW combined cycle power plant project. At The Energy Corporation, Arany worked as a Senior Principal Engineer, providing engineering consulting services to various companies. Akos later joined RES as a Bid Manager and Pre-Construction Manager, where they led and managed wind/solar construction bids and proposals for multiple projects, resulting in substantial capacity and revenue. Currently, they are working at Ulteig as a Senior Project Manager in Renewables and a Program Manager.
