J. Michael Wright

J. Michael Wright is an Associate Director at Ulteig, specializing in continuous improvement, quality, and operations with over 20 years of experience. They have previously held significant roles at Ingersoll Rand, Adam Aircraft, General Motors, Sundyne, and B-Quad Engineering, leading initiatives that have generated millions in cost savings and productivity enhancements. J. Michael is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has successfully developed and implemented quality management systems across multiple organizations. They are currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
