Jeff Moss is the lead Environmental Planner at Ulteig, where they lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to prepare environmental reports and applications for regulatory compliance. With experience in both the environmental and aviation industries, Jeff’s previous roles include Environmental Planner at Kadrmas Lee & Jackson and Line Service Technician at Harris Jet Center and Fargo Jet Center. They served in the US Army as an Infantry from 1996 to 2003. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from North Dakota State University, earned in 2015.
