JJ Harm, PE has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. They first worked as an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Verso Corporation in 2015. In 2016, they interned as an Electrical Systems Intern at NextEra Energy Resources, where they worked on various projects including backup generator downtimes and updating calculations. They also served as a team leader for a group of interns located at different sites in the United States. In 2017, they returned to NextEra Energy Resources as an Electrical Design Intern, where they worked on converting set point information into a new database, performed motor equivalency, and assisted with tank fuel level calculations. In 2018, they served as an Engineer Associate at NextEra Energy Resources, where they created modifications and calculations in a heavily regulated industry and became a subject matter expert on open phase detection and prevention systems. They also supported design equivalency work. Most recently, in 2019, JJ Harm, PE joined Ulteig as a Graduate Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Design Engineer in September 2020.
JJ Harm, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. This educational journey began in 2013 and concluded in 2017.
