Lance Dockter, M.S., P.G., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Safety Manager at Ulteig since November 2019, Lance develops and manages a comprehensive Safety and Occupational Health program, addressing organizational needs and hazards. Previously, as the Director of Health, Safety, & Environment at Maviro Industrial Services Inc. and CEDA International Corporation, significant leadership was demonstrated in enhancing safety protocols. Earlier roles include positions as a Hydrogeologist at QORE Property Sciences and Florida Groundwater Services, and as a Project Manager/Hydrogeologist at ENSR International. Lance holds a Master of Science in Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Carleton College.
