Laurel DiGiovanni, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Total Rewards Leader at Ulteig since September 2025. Prior to this role, Laurel was the Director of Global Total Rewards at QuidelOrtho from November 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategic development and implementation of total rewards strategies. Laurel's tenure at Quidel spanned from April 2009 to November 2022, during which time Laurel advanced through several positions, including Senior Manager of Compensation & HRIS, focusing on compensation and benefits practices and employee engagement initiatives. Laurel also gained experience in human resources management and customer service at State Farm Insurance and American Family Insurance. Laurel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Marietta College and has complemented this education with further studies at Walsh University.
