Robert Senn's work experience includes several roles in project management and supervision. Robert started in 2015 at GE Power, where they worked as a Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager and later as a Manager in Training. In these roles, they built relationships with vendors and subcontractors, led teams, collaborated with business development and project management teams, provided training, and oversaw daily shop and maintenance activities. Since 2022, they have been working at Ulteig as an Associate Project Manager, where they guide transmission and substation projects, manages programmatic projects, and facilitates collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
Robert Senn attended Virginia Military Institute from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Villanova University in December 2020, CPR/AED/First Aid certification from One Heart Source in December 2018, and a 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at Chabot-Las Positas Community College District in February 2018.
