Benjamin Voiles is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in opto-mechanical design and product development. Currently serving as Principal Opto-Mechanical Engineer at Ultima Genomics since April 2022, Benjamin previously held key positions at Element Biosciences and The Internal Work, where Benjamin contributed to emotional wellness. Notable achievements include leading mechanical engineering efforts at Mantle Inc. for industrial 3D metal printing and Channel Medsystems in the development of a handheld medical device. With solid foundations in team management and project execution demonstrated at Pacific Biosciences and KLA-Tencor, Benjamin Voiles is proficient in improving product performance and reliability through innovative engineering solutions. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
