Ultimac Technologies is the Cowichan Valley’s first Apple Certified Service Provider. Established in 2009, we started out in a tiny 300 square foot space, and have grown to the level we are now. We provide service to over 4500 clients and are growing everyday, giving our customers world-class customer service & support. We strive to be mid-Vancouver Island’s go to destination Mac solutions, sales & service.

As an Authorized Apple Reseller, we specialize in Apple hardware & solutions. We can custom build and setup your new Apple Desktop or Notebook computer, provide in-home installations, backup solutions, training & more.

Ultimac Technologies is a Certified Service Provider, meaning we can service & facilitate repairs for your Apple Desktop & Portable computers in-store. All our staff are Apple Certified Technicians, that means no shipping away your product; and no lengthly wait times! Not only that, we’re also CompTIA Certified, which means we work on all makes & models of PC.

Need additional training & support? We offer both in-store & at-home training. Business owner? We do consulting.
