In 2023 Ultimate Experience was founded with a simple mission; To provide and deliver the best. James Edmeades our founder has an extensive Motorsport back ground both on 2 and 4 wheels and with over 20 years of experience in the event space working all over the world, navigating global work requires adaptability and cross- cultural competence, this experience has made us what we are today.
Our relentless quest for perfection is what sets us aside from anyone else, it’s the ‘Ultimate’ way.

Allow me to share with you a little more regarding our brand, company and also our core values. With over 20 years experience in the events industry working with every manufacture in the automotive sector we truly understand this space in the market and also what our clients require and expect from us. I recognised a gap in the market of the quality that our clients expect and deserve- ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE was born. Our hands on approach ensures we only operate at the highest standard with our hand picked team of professionals adding that extra touch of quality you only receive at Ultimate Experience.
Dedicated to filling that void by delivering unparalleled levels of enthusiasm, quality and professionalism to every event. It’s the only way it’s the ‘Ultimate’ way.
