Roddy Hackland

Roddy Hackland has a strong background in strategic delivery and consulting. Roddy began their career in 2002 as an E-Commerce Development Consultant at Standard Life and later worked at Prudential as a Digital Project Manager. From 2006 to 2012, Roddy held various roles at Standard Life, including Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager, Marketing Strategy & Proposition Manager, and Platform Proposition Development Manager. In 2012, they founded KittyUp, a mobile money start-up focused on group money management. Roddy then worked as the Platform Proposition Development Lead at Aviva before joining PA Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant. Roddy later worked at Realise as a Senior Strategy Consultant and is currently the Head of Strategic Delivery at Ultimate Finance.

Roddy Hackland completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Glasgow from 1995 to 1999, earning a degree in Law (LLB). Roddy later pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business and IT (MSc) from 2001 to 2002.
