It complements the existing consumer protection legislation in Spain, brings a higher level of transparency, and enables you to relax in the knowledge that you are in safe hands. We also have professional indemnity insurance up to 750,000 Euros as further reassurance.

We strongly believe that there is a responsibility on the part of the real estate industry in Spain to set out clearly the procedures which apply to both clients and agents, so that there are effective consumer safeguards in place. There are many real estate agents in Spain but very few work in what we believe to be a professional / legitimate manner.
