Stephen West is the current President of Premier: Charter, MRO & FBO, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Chief Executive Officer at Ultimate Jetcharters LLC from 2022 to 2025 and as Senior Account Director at Sentient Jet from 2007 to 2022. Stephen has also held roles such as Operations Control Manager at Flight Options and Assistant Director of Operations Control at Avantair. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Aircraft Dispatcher/Scheduler at Raytheon Travelair and as a Crew Scheduler at US Airways. Stephen is pursuing their education at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
