Daniel Stamp

Daniel Stamp is a strategic and award-winning leader in mental health and wellbeing with over 15 years of experience across corporate, government, high-performance sport, and education sectors. Currently, they serve as the Founder and Director at Ultimate Performance Ltd, where they deliver consultancy and workshops focusing on psychosocial risk, wellbeing, and leadership. In their previous role as Health and Wellbeing Manager at Woolworths Group New Zealand, they led a national mental health and psychosocial risk strategy for over 20,000 employees. Daniel has also held academic positions, teaching performance psychology and wellbeing leadership, and has a robust educational background with multiple degrees in sport science and psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
