Brothers Brian and Grant Hildebrand were barely university graduates when they boldly opened their own pool service company, Ultimate Pool Service, in 2002. It was a natural next step for the brothers who had learned the ropes working summers for swimming pool service companies during their university years. They loved the work but saw a need for better customer service in the industry. So they hatched a plan and Ultimate Pool Service was born.

Growth is good, notes Grant, but it's more important to "manage our growth so that quality is never compromised."
