Luis Rivera

Luis Rivera is a seasoned professional in validation engineering and packaging technical services with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Engineer at Ultimate Solutions since July 2021 and at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2023, Luis has previously held roles including Senior Validation Engineer and Process Development Scientist at Amgen. With a background that includes positions at Medtronic Spine & Biologics, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Pfizer, Luis has a strong focus on serialization projects and packaging technology. Luis holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Competitiveness from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico and has additional degrees in Computer and Information Systems, and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Turabo.
