Eric Knutson

Eric Knutson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and business solutions. Currently serving as the Business Solutions Director and previously as the Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing since August 2017, Eric supports local Minneapolis/Saint Paul businesses by connecting them with top talent to meet their employment needs. Prior to this role, Eric worked at WEA Trust as an Associate Account Executive, where responsibilities included building relationships with brokers and clients and providing consultative advice on health insurance and benefits. Eric also gained valuable experience as a Management/Sales Intern at Sherwin Williams and as a Marketing Intern with the Eau Claire Express Baseball team. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
