Marek Czystołowski

Marek Czystołowski has a diverse work experience. Marek started their career at the University of Wroclaw, where they worked as an Assistant Professor and later as an Adjunct Professor. In 2009, they joined ULTIMO and held various roles including Analyst, Coordinator of Business Processes, Project Manager, and Collection Strategy Manager. During this time, they gained knowledge and practical skills in R, SQL, and Microsoft Office, and implemented scoring models for task prioritization. From 2014 to 2015, Marek worked as the Director of Bureau of Credit Risk and Operations at TAKTO Finanse spółka z o.o., Grupa ULTIMO Part of B2Holding. Marek then returned to ULTIMO as the Head of Strategy and later became the Chief Operating Officer in July 2019.

Marek Czystołowski began their education at I LO in Jelenia Góra from 1995 to 1999. Marek then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Wroclaw from 1999 to 2004. Following their Master's degree, Marek continued their studies at the University of Wroclaw from 2000 to 2006, focusing on Computer Science. Lastly, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics, Probability theory, and Stochastic Processes at the University of Wroclaw from 2004 to 2008.
