Eric Smith

Eric Smith has a strong background in computer programming, mathematics, statistics, and web development. Eric has held various roles throughout their career, including Chief Scientist at Ultisim and Tanjo Inc. Eric also worked as a Chief Scientist at Szl.it, where they utilized artificial intelligence and neural networks for personalized content discovery. Before that, Eric was a computer programmer, mathematician, statistician, and web developer at Szzzl®, a website that provided personalized content from popular blogs and news sites.

Eric Smith earned a Master of Science in Analytics and Statistics from North Carolina State University in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics at the same university in 2009. In addition to their degrees, Eric has obtained certifications as a Certified Base SAS Programmer for SAS 9, a Certified Predictive Modeler for SAS Enterprise Miner 5, and is trained in Six Sigma methodologies.
