斌 洪

Bin Hong has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. 斌 began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Hangzhou Academy of Machinery Science & Technology in 2004 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to Ultra Clean Technology, where they held various roles over the years. 斌 started as a Mechanical Design Engineer and then moved on to becoming an NPI Project Engineer. In 2011, they became an NPI Manager, responsible for establishing the process and team of New Product Introduction in China. 斌 led cross-functional teams in responsibilities demarcation, new technology development, lean manufacturing implementation, and program management. 斌 also played a key role in factory expansion and revenue commitment. In 2017, they became a Snr Manufacturing Manager, overseeing the coordination of product integration and transitions across multiple sites. Finally, in November 2020, they were promoted to the position of MFG Assy & ME Director, where they currently work.

斌 洪 completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Zhejiang University of Technology from 2000 to 2004. 斌 then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2012 to 2015 at East China University of Science and Technology.
