Jay Petersen

Jay Petersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management. They began their career at Olin Microlectronics Materials-Arch Chemicals, where they held various roles from Technician to Operations Manager from 1988 to 2002. Subsequently, Jay worked at BOC Edwards Kachina as a Regional Operations Manager and later served in multiple leadership roles at Applied Materials and QuantumClean. Most recently, they are the Managing Director of US Operations at Ultra Clean Technology, a position they have held since 2025. Additionally, they held the position of Director at MSR-FSR, LLC from 2022 to 2025, focusing on Global Strategic Account Management.
