Jon Rucker

Jon Rucker began their work experience in 1996 as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Jon then served in various roles including Product Installation Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Director of Command, Control, and Communications, Capture Director, and Director of Integrated Air & Missile Defense. In 2015, Rucker joined CACI International Inc as the Senior Vice President of the Command & Control Division Group. Jon later served as the Senior Vice President of the Command, Control, and Intelligence Operating Group and the Command, Control, Communications, & Intelligence. Rucker joined SAIC in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of the U.S. Army Business Unit and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ultra Intelligence & Communications since 2022.

Jon Rucker has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Penn State University between 2004 and 2006. Jon also holds a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, obtained from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned from 1992 to 1996. Jon Rucker also has additional certifications as a Certified Program Manager from Lockheed Martin and as a Private Pilot with an Instrument Rating from the FAA.
