Simon R.

Simon R. has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and consulting roles. Simon started their career at QinetiQ in 2009, where they held various technical leadership positions, including Software Team Leader and Software Design Authority. At QinetiQ, Simon was responsible for developing and integrating software/hardware systems for military projects and managing software teams. In 2013, they joined Redbit Consulting Ltd as a Director/Consultant, where they provided consulting services for a range of clients. Since 2016, Simon has been working as a Principal Software Engineer at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where they have developed embedded systems, image processing algorithms, and automatic target identification systems for military surveillance and aerospace projects.

Simon R. attended the University of Surrey from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc degree in Physics with Acoustics.
