Will Harding is an experienced Systems Engineer with extensive knowledge of the engineering lifecycle. They have held various positions at Thales, including VVRM Manager and Functional Acceptance Lead in 2023. Prior to that, Will served in the Royal Navy as a TDL Instructor and a Combat Management Systems & TDL Manager in 2016. Will also worked at SII UK as an L16 ITEA Lead and ITEA Systems Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Will is the IVVQ Lead at Ultra I&C.
