Wayne Shaddock is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of leadership experience, including a notable career as a Naval Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy where they excelled in various demanding roles, including Chief of Staff for Training & Readiness and Commanding Officer of HMCS Scotian. After transitioning to the private sector, Wayne held senior director positions in business development for Bluedrop Training & Simulation and LeeWay Marine, and is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at Ultra Maritime. Wayne holds degrees in Business Administration from Mount St Vincent University and Project Management Professional certification from Saint Mary's University.
