Thiago Salgado is a Demand and Supply Planning Manager with over 10 years of experience in multinational consumer goods companies, particularly in supply chain management. Currently, they work at Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), where they lead the restructuring of the S&OP/S&OE processes within the Human Nutrition business and manage production and materials planning for the Latin America division. Thiago holds degrees in Logistics and Production Engineering, along with a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Administration focused on supply chain management and logistics. They are also certified in Lean Six Sigma and are passionate about continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
