Since 2009 we’ve been passionate about delivering a transparent, quality and innovative service for both the residential and commercial sectors.

We’re experts in keeping managed properties safe and legal, resolving maintenance issues and finding high-quality tenants for homes in HU postcodes.

We manage hundreds of properties for both local and international landlords. Our experience over the years has allowed us to learn how to strike a fair balance between all of our customers whilst keeping void periods to a minimum for landlords.

Did you know there are over 150 pieces of law affecting landlords? This might sound scary but we pride ourselves on being highly clued up with existing and upcoming legislation to keep tenants safe and landlords informed.

Something that sets us apart from the competition is our dedication to a paperless approach. Everything from tenant application forms to our move-in procedure, signing contracts and reporting repairs is done digitally. Not only is this better for the environment but it’s also more flexible for our clients and efficient which allows us to keep our prices competitive.
