John Eaton has extensive experience in process engineering and development within the beverage manufacturing industry. Beginning a career as a Senior Project Manager at JCS Process & Control Systems, John managed automated process control systems. John continued to enhance expertise at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where leadership roles included overseeing multi-million dollar capital projects and spearheading a new product development department, achieving significant cost savings. At PepsiCo, John advanced to senior engineering positions, driving research programs for disruptive technologies and leading teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Currently, John serves as Managing Director at UltraPhil and President of Transcendent Processing, LLC, focusing on innovation and efficiency in food and beverage manufacturing. John holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
