Since 1992, ULYS SOFT has been designing expert applications for Electronic Document Management (DMS). Initially focused on industry (digitization of blueprints), we pivoted in 1999 towards the local authority market (Municipalities, Inter-municipal bodies/EPCI, Departments), while retaining a demanding private sector clientele.

Today, the success of the Dotelec® software suite is built on strong fundamentals that meet the challenges of digital transformation:

Simplicity & Usability: Our software (Dotelec® Mail, Dotelec® Proceedings/Acts, DMS, The Portal) is designed to be user-friendly and to facilitate adoption by your staff. To quote Steve Jobs: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."

Co-construction & Partnership: The development of our applications is systematically carried out in partnership with our clients to match real-world needs.

Proximity: Our technical support team is highly responsive to assist you on a daily basis.

With over 300 clients (Municipalities, Inter-municipal bodies, Social Housing Offices), ULYS SOFT is a major player in the field of mail management and administrative proceedings.

We are committed to providing user-friendly and ergonomic software to the widest possible audience in order to simplify your daily management.
