Umah Pupa is a social enterprise transforming organic waste into sustainable resources through Black Soldier Fly (BSF) bioconversion, based in Bali. Responding to Bali’s urgent waste management challenges, we implement a circular model that turns food and biowaste from households, businesses, and communities into high-value insect protein and organic fertilizer.

Our modular BSF system is scalable, low-cost, and adaptable for both small community facilities and larger waste management operations, enabling waste reduction within just 10–14 days.
