UmamiPapi is a food manufacturing start up based in Melbourne Australia. We specialise in boutique food condiments, with our main product being UmamiPapi Chilli Oil.

UmamiPapi aims to change the way you experience your meals forever, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Born out of Melbourne's stage 4 lockdown, it is a modern take on traditional chilli oil. It offers the complete experience of flavour. Packed with the perfect balance of taste, aroma, texture and spice, it is the ultimate experience for any individual, or the gastronome.
