Ann Phillips is a Senior Leadership Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies and Chapman University. Ann has been with the company since September 1997. Additionally, Ann holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Organizational Leadership and Sociology at Brandman University within the Chapman University System since January 2011. Ann earned their MA in Management from John F. Kennedy University in 1998.
