Brian McDaniel, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Bands and Instrumental Music at Rancho Mirage High School within the Palm Springs Unified School District, a position held since July 2006. McDaniel has extensive experience in music education, having directed programs at various schools including Painted Hills Middle School and Bella Vista Elementary School. Additionally, McDaniel is an Adjunct Professor at Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System, teaching a range of online courses in the School of Arts and Science. McDaniel holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Redlands and has degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Instrumental Music Teacher Education from California State University-San Bernardino and California State University-Long Beach, respectively.
