Aaron Rickley

Aaron Rickley has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years in the banking industry. Aaron started their career at Bank of America in 2005, where they held various positions including Home Service Specialist, Sales and Service Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Special Assets Group - Credit Analyst. Aaron then joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2013, where they worked as Special Assets and later as a Relationship Manager. In 2017, they joined UMB Bank as an AVP - Portfolio Manager in Commercial Lending before being promoted to VP - Portfolio Manager Team Lead in 2023.

Aaron Rickley attended Kansas State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
