Chris Bingham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic services and human resources management, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Services at UMB Bank since July 2018. Prior to this role, Chris held various leadership positions at UMB Bank, including Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where initiatives included a comprehensive organizational analysis, a transformation of performance management practices, and the establishment of a robust talent management process. Previous experience also includes founding the Organizational Development department at GEAR for Sports and consulting at the Center for Trial Insights. Chris Bingham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Jewell College and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
