Dana D. has extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management at UMB Bank since February 2018. Previously, Dana held multiple director-level positions in compliance at the same organization, including roles focused on operational risk and corporate compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer at Alorica, Inc., where regulatory adherence was a primary focus, as well as a long tenure at H&R Block, where oversight of compliance training and risk management for a vast network of locations and associates was key. Dana also founded a successful tanning salon, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Benedictine College.
