Dave Klante

Dave Klante has extensive experience in the finance and real estate industry. Dave currently holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at UMB Bank since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Fitch Ratings from May 2019 to November 2021. Before Fitch Ratings, they held the role of Associate Director at Fitch Ratings from March 2015 to August 2017 and Analyst from April 2011 to March 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at Marcus & Millichap from April 2010 to April 2011.

Dave Klante has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dave also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the same university.
