David Harris, CPM, has extensive experience in property and facilities management, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial properties. Starting as a Property Manager at East West Resorts from September 2007 to December 2012, David managed a portfolio of 95 luxury properties in Beaver Creek Ski Resort, handling significant budgets and homeowner associations. Following this role, David served as Operations Manager and Broker Associate at Luxury Home Rentals by East West Resorts from December 2012 to August 2016. David continued to build expertise at MC Realty Group LLC as Property Manager and then as Senior Facilities Manager - Project Manager between August 2016 and December 2020, overseeing facilities for a regional bank across multiple states. Currently, David holds the position of Vice President - Senior Project Manager - Properties Administration at UMB Bank, where ongoing project management and strategic oversight are key functions. David earned a B.S. in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2005 to 2006.
