Eric Kraushaar

Eric Kraushaar has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as Senior Vice President and CRE Regional Manager at UMB Bank since June 2019, having previously held titles such as Senior Relationship Manager, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President within the same institution. Prior to UMB Bank, Eric worked as a Senior Production Analyst at KeyBank Real Estate Capital from March 2018 to May 2019, and garnered valuable experience at Fitch Ratings from April 2013 to March 2018, where roles included Associate Director and Analyst in the CMBS sector. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Innovation from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 2008 and 2012.
