Greg Mitchell

Greg Mitchell serves as the VP/Director of Privacy, Third Party Risk & Legal Counsel at UMB Bank since April 2022, where responsibilities include advising on privacy-related matters and implementing regulatory controls across various laws such as GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a Senior Privacy Analyst at UMB Bank from July 2018 to June 2020 and as Counsel at UnitedLex Corporation from March 2014 to July 2018, providing legal advice on a wide range of issues including contracts, employment, and data privacy. Greg earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Print and Digital News from the same university in 2010.
