Jeff Hendricks

Jeff Hendricks has extensive work experience in the banking industry, specifically in corporate trust and wealth management. Jeff is currently working as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at UMB Bank since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bank OZK from 2007 to 2023, holding various roles including VP of Corporate Trust Officer, AVP of Corporate Trust Officer, Corporate Trust Officer, Corporate Trust Administrator, Trust and Wealth Management in Personal Trust, and Customer Service Representative.

Jeff Hendricks, CCTS, CTMC has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Finance from Ouachita Baptist University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2006. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which they earned from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Jeff has obtained the Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) certification from the American Bankers Association in 2019 and is currently working towards the Corporate Trust Master Certification from Corporate Trust Insights LLC, with an expected completion date in 2023.
