Jeffrey Lenches

Jeffrey Lenches is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and business acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead at UMB Bank since July 2022, Jeffrey manages a team of eight Business Sales Officers focused on clients with annual revenues between $5MM and $20MM in the New Jersey market. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held various leadership positions at Wells Fargo from 2011 to July 2022, including Senior Vice President overseeing Commercial Banking Portfolio Management and Business Banking. Additional experience includes roles at Deloitte, Penn State Small Business Development Center, Merrill Lynch, and Putnam Investments. Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Penn State and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the same institution.
